These terms cover the website only. Using a product is governed by that product's terms: the Mars Terms of Service and the Trace License Agreement. If they conflict with these terms, the product's terms apply to that product.

You may browse the website and use its documentation to set up and run our products. You agree not to:

- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it;
- copy the website's design, artwork or content to pass off another product as ours, or impersonate Pure Studios or our team.

The website's text, design, artwork, logos and the names Pure Studios, Mars and Trace belong to Pure Studios or its licensors. You may quote and link to the documentation, with credit, to help others use our products.
Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, and Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. Pure Studios is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either company.
Other websites
The website links to services we do not control, such as Discord, Roblox and Google Drive. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
No warranty
We work to keep the website and documentation accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pure Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or reputation, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
